Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching

Meditation is the foundation in which I use to help clients work through life challenges, needing help finding direction, and support.

Whether your goals are for improved performance, dealing with difficult emotions, navigating career or difficult transitions, or changing negative habits - our work will be about reaching your goals and you will develop confidence with your meditation practice to develop clarity and stability to your daily life.

I prefer to work with individuals weekly for at least 3 months to see results and get to know each other. But if for any reason anyone wants to stop early, they can do so. I also often seen people for years, so we can adjust to bi weekly, monthly, or quarterly after the 3 months.

Mindfulness-Based Executive Functioning Coaching focuses on helping neurodivergent individuals strengthen their ability to:

By integrating mindfulness techniques such as breath awareness, grounding exercises, and body scanning, clients learn how to recognize internal cues, regulate emotions, and respond more thoughtfully rather than reactively. Mindfulness helps create the mental space needed to strengthen executive functioning, giving individuals the tools to handle challenges with greater clarity and ease.
