My Services
Mindfulness-Based Life Coaching
Everyone has different goals in meditation. Get individualized instruction and coaching for your specific meditation needs and goals. I teach concentration, vipassana (mindfulness), self inquiry, open awareness, compassion based practices, and social meditation to develop a well rounded meditation practice.
This service is great for beginners starting a practice or intermediate to advanced practitioners who want support in deepening their practice.
Meditation is the foundation in which I use to help clients work through life challenges, needing help finding direction, and support. Whether your goals are for improved performance, dealing with difficult emotions, navigating career or difficult transitions, or changing negative habits - our work will be about reaching your goals and you will develop confidence with your meditation practice to develop clarity and stability to your daily life.
I prefer to work with individuals weekly for at least 3 months to see results and get to know each other. But if for any reason anyone wants to stop early, they can do so. I also often seen people for years, so we can adjust to bi weekly, monthly, or quarterly after the 3 months.
